The Family That Prey's is Tyler Perry's new film. It seems a little more serious than his others and since my girl Sanaa is going to be in it of course I will check it out.

He's Just Not Into You is from the director of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. It's about the angst of relationship and look really funny. Kinda Sex in the Cityish.
I was kind of dissapointed in the BET Awards this year. With a corny host and great to mediocre performances, lets just say it could have been better. But one thing that I can say is that the stars deffinitely stepped out in there flyest attire for the show.
Two of my favorites of the night were deffinitely Alicia Keys and Gabrielle Union. Alicia wore this gorgeous peach/hot pink strapless cocktail dress. With her beautiful hair pulled back in a puff ball type thing she looked really nice. It was simple but classic. Gabrielle Union donned this stunning simple white gown. It was reminiscent of a simple grecian dress. For the dudes, Terrence, of 106 and Park, deffinitely came clean. His look was a spin on the classic coat tie look. John Legen kept it classic and Ms. Rihanna wore a breathtaking yellow gown. It was a very flowly and summery gown. Im not sure about Jennifer Hudsons new blunt cut, but her form fitting bronze strapless dress was simply beautiful. As was Jordin Sparks who looked great in her simple red cocktail dress. My future husband, Chris Brown(lol,jk) rocked his whole urban thing with a plain shirt and leather jacket, with what i think were leathe Supra sneakers. I appreaceiate Solanges intresting outfit. It was actually cute, but she needed a better hair style and better accesories.
Soulja Boy with all his accesories looked like a mess, while although daring Lil Mama's strawberry shortcake thing didnt cut the cake.
Keri Hilson looked like a freaken baked potato...
Ummm...what else...Oh yea..whoever saw Alicia Keys performance with Envogue, SWV, and TLC had to enjoy it. That was my favorite part of the show! And did anyone notice that one of the Pretty Ricky guys changed. Also the Al Green tribute was legendary... T-pains creative circus themed performance was really dope, while his outfits were not. I also loved Chris Brown and Ciara and seeing my JABBAWOCKEEZ! If you missed it see the encore on Friday the 27th.
Alicia Keys new video "Teenage Love Affair" is definitely number 1 potential. The song it self is a catchy R and B soul love joint, but the video is a very cute rendition of Spike Lee's "School Daze". It features Alicia and Derek Luke as college students in the 80's who fall in love in a plot line based on "School Daze". Alicia dons an 80's chic look with bomber jackets, slouchy shirts, and skinny leg jeans. A lot of neon colors, prints, and big jewerly. Plus Alicia with her Fara Faucet type hair. The whole black panther and dream girl type thing will take you back when you see it. Definitely check out this video.
